Before your visit, you must register with the state
here. Next, fill out the
intake
form to get connected to a doctor. Please note our
service is HIPAA compliant and all personal information
is completely confidential between you and your doctor.
You will not be charged if the doctor believes you do
not qualify for a medical card.

Talk to a doctor
The next step is to have your doctor visit using any
connected device from the comfort of your home. Our
doctors will work with you to create a treatment plan
and provide you with all the documentation necessary to
get your medical card in the state of Pennsylvania.

Register with state
Once you have been qualified by one of our doctors,
they will upload your certificate and complete your
application online with the Pennsylvania Medical
Registry. You will receive an email from the PA Registry
where you will have to pay an extra $50 processing fee
with the State of Pennsylvania to get your ID card.
